Jane Efford Health and Beauty offer a full range of Luxury Manicures and Pedicures with a choice of either traditional nail polishes or Orly Vitamin infused Gel Polishes. Our skilled Therapists are trained to deliver the perfect manicure and pedicure transforming your hands and feet with their expert touch. Professional products are used to create beautiful nails and help conditions such as athletes foot, cracked and hard skin, tired, burning feet and dry cuticles.
This luxurious manicure includes: nail shaping; an exfoliation that works miracles; cuticle softening and tidying; a relaxing hand and arm massage; heated mitts for deep moisturising; and an application of colour from a Nailberry polish of your choice. This wonderfully conditioning treatment will transform your hands.

This treatment combines everything that we do in our luxury manicure, yet with the addition of paraffin wax being applied to both hands after the hand and arm massage, and before relaxing with the heated mitts. It is a fantastic treatment for anyone with very dry hands, muscular aches and pains, recovering from a broken bone in that area or arthritis.

This is our most popular choice of nail treatment because it lasts and lasts. Nails and cuticles are tidied, shaped and buffed in preparation for your choice of gel colour. We always finish our gel applications by massaging oil into your cuticles and strongly recommend use of oil at home to keep your gel colour in peak condition. Gel must be removed with a bespoke gel remover to avoid damage to the natural nail.

This is a ‘must-have’ treatment to turn tired and neglected feet into feet that you can be proud of! It includes a foot scrub, nail re-shape, cuticle work, hard skin removal, foot and lower leg massage, heated booties and painting with a Nailberry colour of your choice. Please note: after your pedicure, you are advised to wear open-toe shoes (i.e flip-flops or similar) for the remainder of the day.

If you love the gel colour but also want the benefits of a pedicure then this is the one for you. We apply a gel colour of your choice from our collection and, once the nails are protected, proceed with hard skin removal and foot scrub before finishing with a relaxing foot massage. The best of both worlds!
